 There are many instances in life where Murphy's Law applies...1. Out of 200 over working days in a year, there can still be clashes in leave when each is entitled to only 21 days of leave... 2. Out of all the outfits in the wardrobe, you actually wore the same top as your colleague on the same day... 3. When you are sneaking in to the office cos you are are late, your boss is in a discussion with your neighbouring colleague... 4. The cold war has finally ended... as expected, she gave in to him. anyone with common sense will know it's useless to carry on. i guess it's just something like squabbles between a couple. throwing a tantrum is not an option for most of us. we keep relationships at a professional level. haha. it's the time of the yr again...the long awaited moment of receiving the letter. i certainly hope it remains constant or increases next yr. To think that i will actually experience earthquake tremors twice within 2 hours. It never occur to me that the CBD will be affected. it feels as if i'm on a simulation ride. though it's reported on the news that it lasted 20 seconds, i thought the tremor lasted barely 2 seconds? After the incident, i realised how heartless my employer is. when other buildings are evacuating, we are instructed to stay put and not panic. c'mon, our lives are at risk. ok, i admit that i just wanted a break from work.
