 There's a volcano eruption at Cecil Street yesterday. Many escaped unscathed, except for an unlucky one. There's gotta be a human sacrifice to appease the volcano. Lessons to be learnt: 1. Dun work in a place with people who are weak, aka people fond of taking MC. Esp if the person is your leave cover. 2. Dun work in a place where you never know when natural disaster strikes, eg: earthquake, typhoon. 3. The sentosa IR went to the Genting group. Thought i like the Frank Gehry design proposed by Kerzner, i guess more people will appreciate Universal Studios. C'mon, it's gonna be the only Universal Studios in South East Asia for the next 30 years. A ST reader wrote in on abusive teachers, and it is actually refering to my secondary school. Haha. Clues included 'SAP school' and 'touch the bridge at the Pandan Reservoir'. Wonder how the teachers will feel when they read it. There has been an increase in the number of people dying in their sleep. Freaky ah. So do visit the doctor even if it's just a minor cold or cough. I did. Just regretting that i said i dun need the MC. What was i thinking??? must have been too sick that i blabber the wrong thing. Otherwise i would be sleeping all day at home today. arrrgh.... After the relocation of my office, i alight/board the MRT at Tanjong Pagar instead. It has brought back some memories for me. Too bad blogger wasn't available back then, otherwise i wouldn't need to live with just bits and pieces of the memories. While i'm was on leave, i came across some quotes from my fav scenes in Goong. Shall post them up. Confession of Shin to Chaegyung: "I was sincere. It was the first time in my life I said those words. Not as a crown prince, but as one man confessing to one woman. And you stepped all over it. All of the sudden, a girl like you came into my heart. And after you shook me up, I pulled out the hidden you inside. As if my heart became broken, everyday I was curious about you, I wanted to see you, and I kept smiling more like an idiot because of you. That was one heart-wrenching scene... chaegyung: "the only reason i was able to breathe in the palace was because of shin goon. that's why... i want to stay with you. the person i love is not the crown prince, just you. i love you. if my heart hurts so much, i think i love you." shin: "if you stay by my side... i might break your wings" chaegyung: "i don't care...just say that you want me next to you." shin: "please stay by my side. don't leave. don't leave me alone."
